Platinum Package
The Premier Package allows you and your guests to have both the Garden Room and the Chalet Room for the duration of your wedding reception. Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvres will be available in the Garden Room for the first hour. After cocktail hour, dinner will be served in the Chalet Room. Following dinner, your guests will enjoy our Deluxe Sweet Table in the Garden Room.

Terms
Price Quoted: Prices are valid from november 2009 to April 2011.
Guarantee: The attendance must be definitely specified 10 full days in advance. This number so specified will be considered definite and not subject to reductions and charges will be made accordingly.
Wedding Deposits: A $500.00 deposit is due to reserve each room. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.
Payment: An additional $500.00 is required 30 days after signed contract, as well as an additional $500.00 is required six months prior to date of function. The final payment is due 10 days prior to the date of the function, payable by cashier's or certified check or money order. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Other Celebration Deposits: A $100.00 deposit is due to reserve each room. An additional $200.00 is required 30 days after signed contract. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. The final payment is due 4 days prior to the date of the function, payable by cashier's or certified check or money order. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Cancellation: Patrons will be held responsible for legal fees and 75% of the minimum billing when canceling their function without a minimum of 6 months notice in writing to Garden Chalet. If Garden Chalet rebooks for another function, this may be adjusted or waived by Garden Chalet.
Meal Selection: Final menu must be given 10 full days in advance.
Food & Beverage: Food and beverage not served stay the property of the Garden Chalet. no food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into Garden Chalet without the express written permission of Garden Chalet.
Children's Pricing: After the guest minimum is reached, the cost is half-price for children 10 and under.
Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies: A $600.00 charge includes: white garden folding chairs, 2 white wicker baskets with silk floral arrangements, 8 silk floral arrangements on white iron pedestals down the aisle and 1 hour additional time. Rehearsal of 1 hour, during business hours. Monday thru Thursday. (10:00 am to 7:30 PM)
Room Capacity: Garden Room: 50-guest minimum, 120-guest maximum
(Saturday Afternoon Only. 60-guests minimum and 120 maximum)
Chalet Room: 130- guest minimum, 300-guest maximum.
